FOOD PRODUCTS.   It is always best to follow a well-balanced diet that is full of plants and raw, whole foods.  When life gets busy, it can be hard to find 'healthy fast-food' options, so we provide raw 'grab-and-go' snacks to help you stay on track. We carefully ensure that the food in our monthly box is free from artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners, animal products, heat processing, high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugar,  transfats, GMOs,  MSG, dairy, sulfites, and irradiated foods.  Yep, we're that clean.

LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS.  For our household and beauty products, we are equally as stringent.  Our lifestyle products are free from parabens, polypropylene and polyethylene glycols, sodium lauryl and laureth sulfates.  Research has shown that preservatives are necessary in body care products, especially water-based products, so our standards allow for milder preservatives that have a lower likelihood of causing cosmetic-related allergies and sensitivities.  Surfactants are used for cleaning, degreasing, emulsifying, conditioning and creating foam. They also remove essential fatty acids and may be irritating to the skin, so we only look for the safest, most gentle types available.  If naturally derived, fragrance may enhance a product and offer aromatherapy benefits, so our approved products may contain only natural essential oils and components of natural essential oils as fragrances.
